We utilize a variety of domestic and internationally sourced hardwoods. These range from black walnut, maple, cherry, ambrosia maple, pecan, black limba, bloodwood, sapele, and more!

Availability is sometimes limited and we made need to substitute wood if we are sold out.

Most importantly, NEVER put our boards in dishwasher. Hand wash only, dry thoroughly, and store upright. Our boards are pre-conditioned with food safe oil. We recommend applying Uncle Jethro's Board Butter regularly to keep the wood oiled.
